A brief message from Michael Van Dyk, owner and creator of The Drumnetics Company and his magnetically driven bass drum pedal.

Essentially self taught since the  age of 5, I've always just played the drums. Now since having a life dimensional career as a drummer and teacher, I've experienced all the normal wear and pedal maintenance issues that drumming can bestow. Now that I've integrated the permanence of magnetism into the Drumnetics Bass Drum Pedal, those concerns have been put to rest. I've been using mine at every performance, practice and teaching session for over 2-1/2 years and it's still as smooth and consistent as the first day I put my foot to it. This is the best example of quality and the truest form of advertising I can give you. It can't be said better anywhere else. All my time and effort has resulted in what I believe is the only pedal you'll ever want to perform with.

The Neodymium, Rare Earth magnets we use in our pedals are considered “permanent” because they experience an imperceptibly natural rate of demagnetization of only 1 percent every 10 years. Intense heat or stronger external magnetic fields of ATTRACTION can affect magnets, but a complete failure (wearing out) of magnets by magnetic REPULSION won’t happen. Any natural, but very slight decrease in strength that occurs will result in stabilization and continued utility.

Utilizing these natural forces of magnetic repulsion as the primary drum pedal mechanism has helped Drumnetics  become a company based on inventive means to the experience of drumming. We provide a durable product with quality assurance at a personal level.
